KidGeeniers is the platform of the KidGeeniers program: schools organize classrooms, teachers plan and evaluate, and families follow their children's progress. This guide explains every screen in the order you will use it. Children never use the platform: they are registered only with a first name, a 6-letter code, their tier and an age band.

Everyone

Getting started

Who uses what

Each person signs in with their own email and sees only what belongs to them. The roles are: Family (mother, father or guardian), Teacher, School management and District.

The program's four tiers are Explorers (ages 6 to 8), Innovators (9 to 11), Leaders (12 to 14) and Creators (14+). Everyone sees only the tiers that apply to them: families see their kids' tiers, teachers the tiers of their accreditation and school, and schools the tiers of their license.

Signing in

  1. Open app.kidgeeniers.com in your browser (it works on computers, tablets and phones).
  2. Type your email and password and press Sign in.
  3. Forgot your password? Use the link under the form and you will get an email to set a new one.
  4. Switch languages at any time with the Español / English selector in the top-right corner.

Creating an account

  1. Press Create account on the home page.
  2. Type your name, email and a password.
  3. If you are a parent or guardian, enter the 8-character school code the school gave you (you can also scan its QR poster). Your request then goes straight to that school.
  4. Teachers and school staff do not register on their own: they receive an email invitation from their school and create the account from that link.
  5. After confirming your email, a three-step assistant guides you to complete your profile, create your family and link your kids.

💡 Every person has a person code (shown on Home). It identifies you to the school without sharing extra data.

Registration asks for name, email, password and, for families, the school code.

The family page

  1. Create the family: the first time, press Create family. A family has at most two adults; you can invite the second one by email from the Adults card.
  2. Link a kid: type the link code the school gave you in the Link code card and press Claim kid. The kid appears with their mascot, tier and classroom.
  3. Your school: if you are not linked to a school yet, type its school code in the Your school card. The school receives your request and links you.
  4. Each kid card shows the cognitive radar, the medals earned, suggested activities and two buttons: Radar and achievements (opens the full profile) and Share progress.
  5. This week lists each kid's classroom sessions and home activities. Recent activity summarizes what happened lately.

💡 Privacy and data: from this same page you can export everything the platform keeps about your family (JSON), delete the family or delete your account.

A kid's profile: radar, 3D map and achievements

  1. The cognitive radar shows the score per domain (Executive functions, Regulation, Social skills, etc.). It updates with every completed evaluation.
  2. The 3D skill map is an interactive swarm: each sphere is a skill, size and color show the score and lines connect skills practiced together. Drag to rotate and scroll to zoom.
  3. Evaluations lists every evaluated session, at school or at home, with the level reached per skill.
  4. Achievements shows the medals by concept, pillar and tier. When the school issues a certificate, you download it here as a PDF with a QR code anyone can verify on the public verification page.

Home activities

  1. When the teacher assigns a home activity it appears in This week with its due date and a Download PDF button with the guide.
  2. Press Evaluate at home, mark each skill as Not observed, Emerging or Achieved, add notes if you like and attach a photo of the work (never of people).
  3. Save as draft or complete the evaluation. On completion the kid's radar updates and the teacher sees it.

Notifications

The bell in the top bar shows how many unread alerts you have. Open it to see the full list and mark them as read.

Library

The library gathers the program's experiences organized by tier, concept and pillar. Families see the home materials for their kids' tiers; teachers also see the classroom guides. Every PDF downloads stamped with your name and person code, and there is a download quota per period.

Accredited teachers

Teachers

Your Home and your accreditation

  1. Your school invites you by email. When you accept, your account is linked to the school and management assigns you to one or more classrooms.
  2. Accreditation: to see a tier's curriculum you need a validated digital credential. Paste your credential URL (for example from VeriCert), tick the tiers it covers and submit. KidGeeniers validates it and those tiers open from then on.

Planning the week

  1. Inside the classroom, move between weeks with the arrows.
  2. Press Plan next to a published experience of your tier and pick the day. The session appears in the week with its number.
  3. Each kid in the classroom appears with their code and status. You also create new kids here: only a first name, tier and age band; the platform generates the code and the link code for the family.
  4. Diagnostic: a kid's first session can be a tier diagnostic, which suggests whether the kid is in the right tier.

Evaluating a session

  1. Open the session (the date in the week) and press Evaluate next to a kid.
  2. For each skill of the experience mark Not observed, Emerging or Achieved.
  3. Write notes and attach photos of the kid's work as evidence. Never photograph people.
  4. Save as draft to continue later, or Complete the evaluation: the family gets an alert and the kid's radar updates.

💡 The KidGeeniers mobile app lets you evaluate from your phone, with the camera and offline (it syncs when the network is back).

Suggest and the achievements engine

Suggest analyzes the classroom's evaluations and proposes which experiences to work on next, with a justification. You can accept a suggestion and plan it in one click.

Achievements are granted automatically when a kid meets the criteria (for example, three achieved experiences of the same concept). School management reviews them and issues the certificates.

Schools

School panel

  1. Classrooms: create one with a name, tier and cycle start and end. Assign teachers from the classroom page.
  2. Teachers: invite by email. Invitations expire; you can revoke and resend them.
  3. School code and banner: share the 8-character code with families, or download the banner as PDF/PNG with the logo and QR code for the notice board or social media.
  4. Families to link: when a family registers with your code it appears here. Pick the kid that belongs to them and press Link; the family sees it instantly. You can also reject requests.
  5. License and credits: the school's mode (demo, pilot or licensed), the credits available and alerts when they run low. Schools buy credits per kid by card (Stripe) or through a quote with a purchase order.

A classroom seen by management

  1. Each kid shows whether a family has claimed them. You can release a kid (for example, if they changed family) stating the reason.
  2. Achievements pending review appear here so you can approve them and issue the certificate, which is digitally signed and includes the verification QR.
  3. Ceremony: generate a ZIP with all the classroom's diplomas for the end-of-cycle event.

Retention and privacy

Each school sets its retention years. An automatic job deletes expired evaluations and evidence. Every access to kids' data is written to an audit log. Access or deletion requests about students are handled through the school.

Districts

District panel

  1. The panel shows every school in the district with its classrooms, kids, accredited teachers and credit usage.
  2. Request a PDF quote with your purchase order; KidGeeniers settles it and distributes the credits among the schools you indicate.
  3. Low-credit alerts are emailed to school management and to the district.

KidGeeniers mobile app

What the app does

The KidGeeniers app for iPhone and Android uses the same account as the platform. Families: radar, medals, the kid's week, home evaluation with photo, 3D map, alerts and library. Teachers: plan the week, classroom roster per session and evaluate kid by kid with evidence, even offline.

QR linking: scan the school's poster or the kid's code with the camera. Push notifications: get the alerts on your phone.

Download it from the App Store and Google Play by searching for KidGeeniers.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot see a tier's content.
Curriculum access depends on the role: families see their kids' tiers; teachers need a validated accreditation for that tier and a school with a license or pilot; management sees the tiers of its license. If you think you should see it, write to your school.
Where do I get my child's link code?
The school generates it when creating the kid. Ask management or the teacher. If you registered with the school code, the school can link you directly from Families to link.
Can I have more than one family or more than two adults?
A family has at most two adults. A kid belongs to one family; if that changes, the school releases the kid and the new family claims them.
How do I verify a certificate?
Scan the diploma's QR or open the verification link. The public page shows the achievement, the school and the date, and checks the name without sending it to our servers.
How do I delete my data?
In Family → Privacy and data you can export, delete the family and delete your account. Also by email to hi@kidgeeniers.com.
